A 90-minute experiential workshop for therapists
Selling your therapy services can stir up all kinds of feelings.
For some, there’s a loud, pushy inner salesperson who feels embarrassing or glorious or both.
For others, there’s silence or no salesperson at all, just avoidance.
This workshop is about exploring whatever is true for you in a silly, non-shaming, and a bit irreverent way.
We might all try on our most grandiose sales person and play that part up.
Or the most self-depricating self-loathing salesperson.
Maybe the righteous container holder that is indignant therapists should ever have to sell their services.
This is not to turn you into a slick marketer, but to help loosen the neural pathways that may have you locked into one thing only so you can build a right-sized, authentic relationship with visibility and invitation to clients coming to work with you.
In 90 playful minutes, we’ll:
Meet (or notice the absence of) your salesperson part.
Explore the assumptions you carry about sales.
Try a short experiential exercise to loosen the grip of shame, fear, or over-performance.
Leave with one small, doable experiment you can try in your own practice.
Meet other therapists in a “competition free” caring play space.
